This policy explains what information SDA Lyrics Plus collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive identifiers and account details made available by that provider, such as your email address and display name.
• Content and activity: Lyrics you submit, favorites, playlists, bookmarks, discussions, messages, reports, and related activity may be stored to provide sync and community features.
• Subscription information: We process product, purchase, and entitlement information from Apple or Google to activate and restore Pro access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Location: With your permission, the app may use device location for nearby-church features. You can change location permission in device settings.
• Device and service information: The app and its service providers may process device identifiers, push-notification tokens, diagnostics, network information, and advertising data needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the app.

How information is used

We use information to provide the app, authenticate accounts, sync libraries, deliver subscriptions and notifications, enable community and church features, moderate abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by service providers used for authentication, cloud and push services, app-store billing, advertising, maps, media, hosting, and diagnostics. This includes Apple, Google/Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, OpenStreetMap-related services, and our hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. Public submissions and community posts are visible to other users as indicated in the app.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

We retain information only as needed to provide the service, meet security and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. You can revoke permissions in device settings, sign out at any time, and delete your cloud account and associated personal content from Account → Delete account in the app. Approved public lyrics submissions may remain in the public catalog without being linked to your account.

Children

SDA Lyrics Plus is not directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, use the support contact on the app’s store listing.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the protections required by applicable law and our service-provider agreements.

Changes and contact
